Publisher Terms & Conditions

The standards every Property on the Nasrev exchange has to meet, and exactly what you get paid and when.

Version 1.0Effective 1 September 2026 Nasrev LLC — 8 Holmes Ave, Apt 2, Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306, USA

Scope

These Publisher Terms and Conditions apply to any publisher that monetises its Properties through Nasrev under Schedule D of the Master Services Agreement. They supplement, and do not replace, that Agreement and your Insertion Order.

Eligibility and approval

  1. Every Property must be submitted to Nasrev and approved in writing before it may serve advertising. Adding a Property without approval is a material breach.
  2. You must own the Property or hold documented rights to monetise it. Nasrev may request evidence at any time.
  3. Nasrev may decline any Property at its discretion and may remove an approved Property on written notice.
  4. You must be able to receive payment in USD by wire transfer or another method Nasrev supports.

Content standards

Properties must not contain, link to, or be substantially dedicated to:

  • Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
  • Adult, pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind
  • Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism or organised hate
  • Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or stolen data
  • Pirated media, cracked software, or content infringing third-party copyright
  • Malware, phishing, or deceptive download prompts
  • Content that is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful in the jurisdictions where it is served

Nasrev reviews Properties at onboarding and continuously thereafter. A Property that breaches this section may be removed immediately and payment for affected Deliverables withheld.

Traffic standards

All traffic to your Properties must be genuine, human and organically acquired or lawfully purchased from a disclosed source.

You must not:

  • Generate impressions or clicks by automated means, bots, or scripted browsers
  • Use auto-refresh intervals shorter than thirty (30) seconds without written approval, and never without declaring the refresh in the bid request
  • Acquire traffic through pop-unders, forced redirects, toolbars, adware, or incentivised click schemes
  • Purchase traffic from any source without disclosing it to Nasrev in writing beforehand
  • Place ad units so that clicks are accidental, or in a way that obscures content or misleads users about what is advertising
  • Stack, hide, or serve ads in zero-pixel or off-screen containers

Nasrev monitors for Invalid Traffic continuously. Deliverables identified as Invalid Traffic are not payable, in accordance with Article 8 of the Master Services Agreement.

Implementation

  1. You must implement Nasrev tags or the agreed server-side integration exactly as supplied. Modifying tag code voids payment for affected inventory.
  2. You must add the Nasrev entry to the ads.txt or app-ads.txt file of every Property in the form Nasrev supplies, and keep it there for the term.
  3. You must not reassign, proxy or share your Nasrev placement identifiers with any third party.
  4. You are responsible for the technical performance of your Property. Nasrev will not knowingly deploy anything that degrades Core Web Vitals, and will work with you to resolve any issue that arises.

  • Block entire industry verticals, including competitors
  • Set or change floor prices per placement
  • Pause or remove a placement
  • Remove a Property from the integration

Changes take effect on the next auction cycle. Nasrev will not override a block you have set.

Privacy obligations

  1. You must publish a privacy policy on every Property that accurately describes advertising data collection and names the categories of partners involved.
  2. Where a Property serves users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must operate a valid consent management platform and transmit a valid IAB TCF signal.
  3. Where a Property serves users in a US state with an applicable privacy law, you must transmit the applicable Global Privacy Platform string and honour Global Privacy Control signals.
  4. You must not send Nasrev personal data of anyone you know or reasonably suspect to be under 16, and must flag any Property directed at children so that targeted advertising is disabled.
  5. The Data Processing Addendum applies to all personal data processed under this relationship.

Term, suspension and termination

This relationship continues for the term stated in your Insertion Order and renews automatically unless terminated. Either party may terminate on thirty (30) days’ written notice. Nasrev may suspend serving immediately where it reasonably suspects a breach of sections 3, 4 or 5, and will tell you why within two (2) business days. Amounts properly earned before suspension remain payable unless the Deliverables are shown to be Invalid Traffic.
