Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the content and conduct standards for everyone transacting on the Nasrev exchange — publishers, supply partners, demand partners and advertisers. It is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement. Breach is a material breach of that Agreement.
Prohibited content
The following must not appear in inventory, creatives or landing pages on the Nasrev exchange under any circumstances:
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor
- Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or organised hate against a protected group
- Content facilitating human trafficking or exploitation
- Sale of illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, explosives, or counterfeit goods
- Stolen credentials, hacking services, or stolen personal or financial data
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, cryptojacking scripts, or phishing
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Adult, pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind
- Pirated media, cracked software, or content that infringes copyright
Restricted content
The following require prior written approval and may be geo-restricted or age-gated. Adult content is not on this list and is never approved on the Nasrev exchange.
- Gambling, betting and lotteries
- Alcohol and tobacco, including vaping products
- Dating services
- Cryptocurrency, tokens and related financial products
- Prescription pharmaceuticals and health claims
- Firearms accessories where lawful
- Political advertising and issue advocacy
- Credit, lending and debt services
Where approved, these must comply with the advertising law of every jurisdiction targeted.
Prohibited traffic practices
- Automated, scripted or bot-generated traffic
- Auto-refresh below thirty (30) seconds, or any refresh not declared in the bid request
- Pop-unders, forced redirects, or click-under mechanics
- Incentivised traffic that is not disclosed and approved
- Traffic sourced from adware, toolbars, browser extensions or malware
- Ad stacking, pixel stuffing, or serving ads in hidden or zero-size containers
- Misdeclaration of domain, app bundle, placement, format, geography or supply path
- Traffic acquired from any paid source not disclosed to Nasrev in writing in advance
Prohibited creative practices
- Creatives that auto-expand, auto-play audio, or take over the page without user action
- Creatives that mimic system dialogs, error messages or operating system alerts
- Creatives with fake close buttons, or that trap the back button
- Creatives that initiate a download or app store redirect without a deliberate click
- Misleading claims, fake countdowns, false endorsements or unauthorised use of a public figure
- Creatives that exceed agreed file size or materially degrade page performance
Data practices
- No attempt to re-identify individuals from pseudonymous identifiers
- No reconstruction, storage or resale of the bidstream beyond what is needed to bid on the request in question
- No processing of special category data for targeting purposes
- No collection of data from users known or reasonably suspected to be under 16
- No circumvention of consent signals, Global Privacy Control, or Limit Ad Tracking settings
Enforcement
Nasrev monitors the exchange continuously and reviews reports from partners, verification vendors and the public. Depending on severity we may:
- Issue written notice with a cure period
- Suspend the affected Property, seat or creative
- Withhold payment for affected Deliverables in accordance with Article 8 of the MSA
- Terminate the Agreement immediately under Article 17.3
- Report the matter to law enforcement or a relevant industry body
